In Reception Robins, we have been enjoying the Christmas festivities. The children particularly enjoyed performing in their Christmas show and writing their letters to Santa. The children used their phonics knowledge to sound out the words they could hear. The children then walked sensibly to the post box and posted their letters to Santa.
Alongside this, we have been practising our Fine motor skills reviewing our numbers 0-9 and practising our ladder and caterpillar letters. During our Topic lessons, we have continued to explore autumn festivals. The children have engaged well with our Christmas and Hanukkah celebrations. Well done Robins!
