Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Harry Potter studios recently. We had a fantastic day learning about the making of the Harry Potter films. It was lovely to see all the sets, props and costumes close up, so that we could really appreciate all the finer details that went into making them.
We had various challenges along the way and managed to find most of the golden snitches! We particularly enjoyed the Forbidden Forest, the dragon in Gringotts Bank, Diagon Alley and the dining hall. We returned to school inspired and wrote a narrative about creating our own spell to solve a problem.
