The children in Lower Kindergarten had a fantastic time vising Loughton Library.
They were very excited to take a ride on the school minibus and sat beautifully. The Library session started off with them listening to the story of ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’.
We were then very surprised to meet Mr Snail, who came to say hello to everyone! The children loved having their photo taken with him and gave him lots of high fives and cuddles.
It was then time to take part in the wonderful activities the Library had provided for us – colouring pictures, painting, gluing and sticking a watermelon and making their own paper chain caterpillars. The children were very well behaved and we were proud of them all!
