As part of Science Week, our younger pupils were treated to a visit from Safari Pete and his many animals. The children had the chance to meet a friendly meerkat, a beautiful owl, two bearded dragons, and even a crocodile! When the children walked into the science room in their groups, Safari Pete had hidden three animals around the room, and everyone had great fun seeking out the frog, snake, and tarantula!
Safari Pete has rescued a lot of his animals, so it was very interesting finding out all about them. He told them lots of interesting facts and everyone who wanted to had the chance to have a hold! What an exciting morning!
